Departments

There are five leadership departments in the Silver Legion, each with it's own duties and tasks. Prefects (Guild Officers) work in the following departments which are lead by Senators. For more information, see the related articles in the Code of Honor.

Competition Department

The Competition Department is in charge of running all guild competitions, tournaments, the ladder, raids and all other guild activities.

Initiation Department (Tribunal)

The Initiation Department is in charge of reviewing Vigiles for their one month initiation process. The Initiation department is also known, less formally, as the Tribunal. The Chief Tribune is also in charge of maintaining Centurions.

Justice Department

The Justice Department is in charge of guild discipline. They enforce the rules by warning, demoting, or banning members from the guild, as well as regulate the forums.

Regulation Department

The purpose of the Regulation Department is to maintain the Cohorts and rate them in the ranking system, as described in Article III Subsection B. They also perform other minor regulation such as updating public notes with site usernames and make sure that Prefects deserve the rank.

State Department

The purpose of the State department is to handle foreign affairs with other guilds.
